Puur en onversneden
Authentiek Italiaans tafelen in een ongedwongen sfeer. Dat is La Brasseria da Mauro, in het hartje van Edegem. Kom proeven van het allerbeste dat Zuid-Italië te bieden heeft.
Chef Mauro is afkomstig van Bari (Puglia). Een minder toeristische streek in de hak van de laars, vlak aan de Adriatische zee. Een charmante stad met een rijk maritiem verleden, waar je zulke verse vis kan eten dat hij even goed recht uit de zee op je bord had kunnen springen. In het oude stadscentrum liggen de verse pomodori te blinken in bakken voor de kleine kruidenierszaken, hangen de peperoni in trosjes aan de marktkramen en rollen de mama’s en nonna’s orecchiette (oortjespasta) die ze in de zon laten drogen. Eten is een belangrijke zaak in Zuid-Italië. Zo tonen de Pugliese hun gastvrijheid. Schuif aan tafel bij La Brasseria Da Mauro en proef de Zuiderse zon op je bord.
Mag er voor u misschien wat truffel bij? Eigenhandig meegebracht door de chef uit zijn geboortestreek. Of een succulente zeebaars om compleet bij weg te dromen richting het Middelandse Zeegebied? Misschien nog besluiten met een typisch Italiaans topdessert: een cassata!

Enotria
Enotria war eine alte Bevölkerungsgruppe, die dem Vorrömischen zugeordnet war. Die Enotri lebten um das 15. Jahrhundert vor Christus in einem Gebiet von beträchtlicher Größe.
Enotria ist nach Enotro, dem Prinz von Arkadien und Sohn Lycains benannt. Es umfasst die heutigen Regionen Basilikata, Kampanien und Kalabrien.
Enotria galt als das Land des Weines, des Wohlergehens, der Harmonie und der Idylle. Sein König Italo war ein weiser und hoch geschätzter Herrscher. Zu seinen Ehren erhielt das heutige Italien seinen Namen.
Die Vorzüge des damaligen Enotria möchten auch wir als Team „Enotria da Miri“ Ihnen näher bringen. Wir wünschen Ihnen einen angenehmen und genussvollen Aufenthalt.

Miri‘s Fisch Restaurant
L' azienda Perfetti si trova nel Borgo Vittoria, Torino dal 1974 a conduzione familiare. Nell estate del 2015 si è spostato di un isolato ingrandendosi con pasticceria e caffetteria, oltre al panificio.
Lavoriamo materie prime ricercatissime, farine macinate pietra... e il nostro lievito madre.
Produzione di croissanteria, pasticceria, colombe e panettoni assolutamente artigianale.
Non usiamo additivi o conservanti. Ci occupiamo inoltre di catering per ogni occasione e torte di compleanno, battesimi, cresime e matrimoni.

Il 1° gennaio del 2015 per volontà del titolare e chef Callara Magno, prende forma l'originale progetto Dù Scalini a Fiuggi, per raccogliere i frutti di un'esperienza maturata negli anni e di una precisa concezione della qualità culinaria.
